Located at 26-30 Hillsdon Road, Taringa 4068. We're a small funky group of character listed shops nestled in the leafy western suburbs of Brisbane. The centre was originally one tiny shop back in the early 1930's. Purchased and developed by the local Roger/Andronicos family in the 1940's. Today it is a unique mix of business and green space. Owned by the Sexton Family since 1994. Come down, relax, grab a coffee, enjoy the Courtyard gardens. To contact the new Hillsdon Grocer 3371 7250

Shop Local - Taringa's own artspace
Our little Centre at Taringa is a wonderful little place. A perfect mix of small business people working hard to provide convenience for our locals. Operating since the late 1920's - early 1930's Hillsdon Road Centres has seen a range of small businesses operate and enjoy this Heritage listed Centre as their home.
A Draper, a Butcher, A Dressmaker, Shoe repairer, Hairdressers, a local library, Grocery, Fish & Chip shop, Deli, Cafe, Beauty & Skin Care, Laundromat, Gift Shop, Surveyor, Solicitors office, ......even our own resident Artist!! Leesa Bradford and her funky Studio/Gallery space.
It's a treat looking in the window every time you walk past. It gets even better when you go inside. Stunning black and white decor, a wonderful collection of art pieces by Leesa and visiting artists. A beautiful range of jewellery made by a local craftsperson. It's worth popping in and relaxing - enjoying the art. Whether you are walking past or filling in time at the Laundromat next door. Grab a coffee from around the corner and pop on in for a few minutes.
Trust me, you will find something you want to take home!
