Cafe's give suburbs a kick start
Did you read the The Australian newspapers article in the weekend paper talking about how Cafe's are now giving suburbs a kick start?
Apparently the signs show 'While schools and transport links are still crucial factors in property purchases, in certain areas caffeine provides not just a jolt to the circulatory system but also pushes up property prices' “The opportunity for better lifestyle, which could include the addition of a good quality coffee shop, would definitely have an increase in interest of people buying in an area,” Century 21's Charles Tarbey says.
In Brisbane, agents say the cafe culture has well and truly made up ground in the past 10 years and is thriving, especially in South Brisbane and West End.
Well, we've always know at Hillsdon Road Centre that a great mix of quality tenants, well maintained grounds and a Cafe/Coffee venue has always made locals happy. For 20 years, the local hub has always been busier and thriving when locals and friends could meet in our courtyard for a catch up.
