Located at 26-30 Hillsdon Road, Taringa 4068. We're a small funky group of character listed shops nestled in the leafy western suburbs of Brisbane. The centre was originally one tiny shop back in the early 1930's. Purchased and developed by the local Roger/Andronicos family in the 1940's. Today it is a unique mix of business and green space. Looking for history and photos
We love our little Centre and love hearing the old stories from long time locals and residents in the area. So, I am hoping to find more history, photo's names and stories of the origin of Hillsdon Road shops. We know about the point of time when the Roger's family purchased the shops around the time of the war. However, we believe from a local that the shops were built in the early 1930's.
